I am not sure if it varies from one cat to another. Any thoughts about it?

Cats are crepuscular meaning they are more active during the dawn and dusk. This is the time when most researchers have observed these felines to be active.

They are mostly active during twilight hours of dawn (between night and sunrise) and dusk ( between sunset and night). It is commmon for some cats to also be active at night.

They are most active at dawn and dusk. This is because they are what’s called crepuscular animals. Bigger cats such as jaguars, ocelots, and bobcats are also crepuscular.

Cats are generally most active during the early morning and late evening hours. However, individual cats may have different activity patterns depending on their age, health, and environment.

Cats are crepuscular, which means that they are most active at dawn and dusk. However, some house cats that either started off as strays or spend a lot of time outdoors, may develop the habit of being most active at night due to the fact that night time is when their prey is most active.
