No, don't give them cow's milk. This is because they are lactose intolerant and can develop some digestive problems. However, it's important to give them good quality food for a healthy body.

Cats may like milk, but don't give them cows' milk it's not often to digest and it may cause diarrhea or vomiting. Because cats don't possess a significant amount of lactase in their bodies, instead substitute it with water.

Feeding feral cats milk is not recommended as most cats are lactose intolerant and can cause digestive problems. Providing fresh water and specialized cat food is a better option.

It’s not okay to give any cats milk. Cats are lactose and tolerant so they cannot digest it properly. Almond milk is better than cows milk for cats but even that should be given in small quantities and not frequently.

It is not recommended to give feral cats milk, as it can cause digestive problems. Milk is not a natural part of a cat's diet, and many cats are lactose intolerant. If you would like to provide nutrition to feral cats, it is best to provide a high-quality, nutritionally balanced cat food.

Make sure to always feed cats only cat food. Cats are lactose intolerant and cannot drink milk. Human food can also spoil which can attract insects and cause gastrointestinal issues.

Feeding feral cats milk isn't recommended. Like domestic cats, many feral cats are likely lactose intolerant, and milk can cause digestive issues. It's better to provide clean water and, if you want to offer food, opt for cat-specific or moistened cat food. Feral cats can benefit from a consistent and nutritionally balanced diet.
