After cats mating, she will lick at the genital area where the male touched her. They will be very agitated and she moves from one activity to another for several minutes. They do not bleed during their heat cycle. If she bleeds shortly after a heat cycle it could mean you should visit a veterinarian as this sign of an internal medical condition that needs treatments.

They do not bleed.  After mating the queen cat can be agitated, angry, and move from one place to another. May turn round and this is completely normal due to the fact that mating is painful for them as the tomcat's penis is barbed.

Female cats do not bleed after mating although the process is always rough and painful due to barbed penis of a male cat.Any sign of bleeding after mating might be a miscarriage or other conditions and it requires veterinary to look at it carefully.

Yes, female cats can bleed after mating. This is due to the rupture of the hymen, which is a thin membrane that covers the entrance to the vagina. The amount of bleeding can vary from cat to cat, but it is typically a small amount and should stop within a few days.

In the vast majority of cases, cats don't bleed when they're in heat, although it is possible. Blood in their urine or around the genital area could be a sign of a urinary tract infection, so if you do spot any blood, be sure to contact your vet right away.
