A sick cat can present with low appetite, inactivity and shows disinterest, sleeping for long hours, diarrhea, high body temperature, and vomiting. And for your case, if this goes on for more than two days, consult a veterinarian.

Low appetite is usually an indication that something is wrong. My vet tells us to look for loss of appetite, lethargy, and vomiting.

It is possible that the cat is eating elsewhere means when leaving the house then he eats something outside and we know that food in street is something unhealthy for the case. We should learn cat habit do not eat anything from strange or outside house.

If your cat has been eating less than usual, it is important to take them to a veterinarian as soon as possible to rule out any underlying medical issues. Other signs of illness in cats include changes in energy levels, appetite, drinking habits, and weight. If you notice any of these signs, it is best to seek medical advice.

Cats that are ill will usually show changes in overall appearance, energy level, sociability, coat appearance and/or amount of shedding, appetite, litterbox usage, breathing, or discharges from the eyes or nose. In general, any sudden change should alert you that your cat needs veterinary attention.

Look for signs like changes in appetite, lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, or changes in litter box habits. If you notice any unusual behavior, consult a vet for a proper diagnosis.
