You can give nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines such as Meloxicam or Robenacoxib to cats for pain relief. Both these drugs are FDA-approved for cats.

Human anti-inflammatory drugs are not safe for cats rather poisonous too.

Non-steroid anti-inflammatory has toxic effects on cats and can lead to inflammation, dizziness, and discomfort. One safe painkiller to be used for cats is meloxicam.

It is best to consult with your veterinarian about any medications you would like to give to your cat.
Pain relief medications for cats can include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and opioids. These medications should only be used under the guidance of a veterinarian. It is important to be aware that cats can have different reactions to medications than humans, so it is important to consult with a veterinarian before giving any medications to your cat.

When treating pain and inflammation in cats, omega fatty acids and glucosamine can be used in addition to, or in lieu of, traditional pain medications. Heat/ice, laser therapy, chiropractics, physical therapy, massage, and acupuncture can also be very helpful in treating cat pain.

Cats should not be given human anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen or aspirin, as they can be toxic to cats. Consult your veterinarian for appropriate feline-specific anti-inflammatory options, which may include medications like meloxicam or other prescription drugs suitable for your cat's needs. Always follow your vet's advice for proper dosage and administration.
