Creme Puff, the world's oldest cat, lived to the age of 38 years and 3 days. She was born on August 3, 1967 and died on August 6, 2005.
Creme Puff was owned by Jake Perry of Austin, Texas, who also owned the second-oldest cat, Granpa Rexs Allen. She was a calico-and-white domestic shorthair and was fed a diet of bacon, eggs, broccoli, coffee with cream, and cat food. She was also known for her love of tuna and Whiskas cat treats. Creme Puff's Guinness World Record was officially recognized in August 2005.
