Honey is not good for cats. It's okay to give one or two drops of honey once in a while as it can boost the immune system of cats just like humans. But more than half a teaspoon of honey may cause vomiting and diarrhea in cats. Cats are carnivores and are made to have protein-rich food. Cat's liver is not so capable to control blood sugar levels. So honey is not advisable to feed your cat.

No, honey is not recommended for cats. While honey does contain some beneficial nutrients, it can also contain bacteria and other toxins that can make cats sick. Honey can also cause digestive issues for cats if it is consumed in large amounts. For these reasons, it is best to avoid giving honey to cats.

Feeding honey to cats in small amounts is generally considered safe. It may have potential health benefits, such as soothing a sore throat. However, moderation is key, and it's crucial to consult with a veterinarian before introducing any new food to your cat's diet.
