Singapura is the smallest cat breed. An adult Singapura weighs around only 4 to 8 pounds. But Munchkins are shorter than Singapura even if they weigh a pound or two more than Singapura. The shortest cat's Guinness World Record in 2013 has gone to a Munchkin named Lilieput which was only 5.25 inches tall.
